I have loaded my plugin but the new module doesn't appear on the ribbon

If you have loaded a new plugin within Agility (have logged out and back in) and are expecting to see a new module on the ribbon but don't, then the issue may be with your security policy.


Within the security policy setup go to Options and check the Available Modules setting.

If no modules are ticked at all then all modules should be available for the users in question.

If any modules are ticked then ensure that your new module is ticked also.
